Hi, I'm Kathrin, a surface pattern designer based in Germany
All my designs starts with hands on paper. This can be stamps, drawing with ink or my favourite mediums watercolor and gouache. This fun and playful part is continued on the computer where I assemble the layout and play with color.
Inspiration can come from everything, little things around me, nature, especially flowers, architecture or travelling.
When I'm not designing patterns, you can find me on my sewing machine immersing in a world of fabric while listening to my favourite albums.
